1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PartyInvite.ai, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Every user is expected to read these terms fully before using the service.
2. AI Generation Services
PartyInvite.ai utilises artificial intelligence to generate customised invitation artwork. We do not guarantee perfect accuracy, style matching, or the absence of visual artefacts. All generated images provided after purchase are delivered "as-is". The preview watermarked image is shown before purchase so you can assess the result prior to committing.
3. Pro Designer Service
PartyInvite.ai offers an optional Pro Designer service whereby you may submit your invitation details and a professional designer will contact you directly to create a bespoke invitation. By submitting a Pro Designer request you acknowledge:
- Your request details (including any notes and contact information) will be shared with the assigned designer.
- The Pro Designer service is a human-assisted creative service. Turnaround times are communicated at the time of booking and are not guaranteed.
- Payment for the Pro Designer service is collected at the time of request submission and is non-refundable once the designer has been briefed and work has commenced.
4. User Responsibilities & Content
- You must have the legal right to upload any photographs provided.
- You may not use our service to generate hateful, illegal, explicit, or harmful imagery. Our safety filters actively monitor and block such requests.
- You retain ownership of any photos you upload. You grant us a limited, temporary licence solely to process the image through our AI models and, where applicable, to share with the Pro Designer you have engaged.
5. Payments and Refunds
All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. Digital goods (such as unwatermarked high-resolution images) are strictly non-refundable once the purchase is completed and the generation has been delivered, as the AI computation costs have already been incurred. Pro Designer payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, as outlined in Section 3.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon purchase of an unlocked image, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the generated artwork for your private event. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of AI-generated images produced by PartyInvite.ai.
7. Limitation of Liability
PartyInvite.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with AI-generated results or delays in the Pro Designer service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use PartyInvite.ai:
- Account information: Email address and authentication details when you sign in via Google or email.
- Payment information: Billing details processed by Stripe at the time of purchase. We do not store your card details on our servers.
- Content you submit: Photographs, text prompts, party details, and any notes you provide when generating invitations or submitting a Pro Designer request.
- Usage data: Anonymised data about how you interact with the app (e.g. pages visited, features used) to help us improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- AI Generation: Your uploaded photos and text are sent securely to our backend and to Google Gemini (our AI provider) solely to generate your specific invitation.
- Invitation History: Generated images and associated metadata are stored in your account so you can access, preview, and re-download past invitations at any time.
- Pro Designer Service: If you submit a Pro Designer request, your request details and notes are stored and shared with the assigned designer to fulfil your order.
- Payment Processing: Handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of successful payments but never see or store your full card details.
- Service Improvement: Anonymised usage data may be used to improve our prompts and application features.
3. Data Retention
Generated images and invitation history are stored server-side in your account (Firebase Storage and Firestore) so you can access them after closing your browser. You can delete your history at any time from within the app. Uploaded source photos used for generation are not retained after the image has been produced. Pro Designer request records are retained for the duration necessary to fulfil and support your order.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell your personal data. It is only shared with the following essential service providers required to operate the application:
- Google Firebase — core application infrastructure.
- Google Gemini — AI image generation.
- Stripe — secure payment processing.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us. You may also delete your generated history directly within the app.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), server-side authentication checks on all API requests, and restricted access controls on our cloud infrastructure.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
